Shipping timeline & order policy

Auric is scaling deliberately. We are transitioning from limited production to demand-led manufacturing. The response to our product has been significant, and we are currently fulfilling a high volume of orders. To ensure quality, performance, and consistency, orders placed from 15th of August 2026 will be allocated to our October 2026 shipping window.

This approach allows us to maintain rigorous testing and calibration as we scale, while giving customers certainty around delivery.

As production volumes increase, shipping windows will continue to tighten. Our goal is to move toward dispatch within a 10-day window as we progress through the second half of 2026.

How we’ll keep you informed

Once you place your order:

• You’ll receive confirmation and welcome emails securing your place in an early October 2026 delivery window
• You’ll receive access to your My Auric customer dashboard, where you can track your order, follow delivery progress, and begin exploring the rituals, oils and content behind your Auric experience
• We’ll keep you updated with behind-the-scenes progress and useful guidance as your Aromasphere moves closer to delivery
• As a thank you for your patience, customers in this window will receive a special gift

Refunds & flexibility

Your trust matters. You may cancel your order for a full refund at any time before your order enters Production Lock. Production Lock occurs when your Auric Aromasphere has been allocated to a confirmed production and shipping batch and we have commenced final assembly, calibration, packaging, or dispatch preparation for your order. Once your order enters Production Lock, change-of-mind cancellations are no longer eligible for a cash refund. At that stage, you may convert your order into Auric store credit for Auric Oils or future products, or request to move your order to a future shipping window, subject to availability. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
