About our essential oils
100% pure Essential Oil sourced from only the finest quality botanicals. Our premium essential oils are carefully sourced from around the world using only the most delicate extraction methods have been used to preserve the unique signatures of the plant.

Shipping timeline & order policy
Auric is scaling production to meet growing demand while maintaining the testing, calibration and quality standards built into every Aromasphere.
Orders placed from 15 September 2026 are scheduled for dispatch in the week commencing 26 October 2026.
As production volumes increase, shipping windows will continue to tighten, with the next 1,000-unit production run scheduled for November.
How we’ll keep you informed
Once you place your order:
- You’ll receive confirmation securing your place in the October release
- You’ll receive access to your My Auric dashboard, where you can track your order and explore the rituals, oils and content behind your Auric experience
- We’ll keep you updated as your Aromasphere moves through production, calibration and dispatch
- Customers in this release will also receive a special Auric gift
Refunds & flexibility
You may cancel your order for a full refund at any time before your order enters Production Lock.
Production Lock occurs once your Aromasphere has been allocated to a confirmed production and shipping batch and final assembly, calibration, packaging or dispatch preparation has commenced.
Once your order enters Production Lock, change-of-mind cancellations are no longer eligible for a cash refund. At that stage, you may choose Auric store credit or request to move your order to a future shipping window, subject to availability.
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Refill Pricing
Customers in the October Release receive fixed Auric Oil refill pricing until December 2027:

Yes, the Aromasphere comes fitted with a battery, providing 10–12 hours of operating time when unplugged. While most users keep it plugged in for continuous “set-and-forget” operation, the battery gives you the freedom to enjoy scents in different spaces without needing to stay near an outlet.
Charging is simple and convenient: the unit can be charged and powered from any USB-C supply.

Our current policy is to sell direct-to-customer to ensure authenticity, warranty coverage, and timely updates on features and shipping.

Each of the eight Auric oils included with the Aromasphere is individually listed in the Australian Register of Therapeutic Goods as an AUST L medicine. Approved indications vary by oil. Always read the label and follow the directions for use. - Smart Cap identification
When an Auric oil is inserted, the Aromasphere identifies the oil and calibrates the relevant slot. - Usage tracking and refills
The system tracks oil usage and supports low-level alerts, personalised recommendations and options to reorder individual or bundled oils.
If you prefer, you can convert your order into Auric store credit to use on oils, rituals, or future Auric products.
