100% pure Essential Oil sourced from only the finest quality botanicals. Our premium essential oils are carefully sourced from around the world using only the most delicate extraction methods have been used to preserve the unique signatures of the plant.

Shipping, Fulfilment & Order Policy
Auric Aromaspheres are now in continuous production and fulfilment.
Demand has been significantly higher than anticipated, including a large volume of orders generated through Auric’s involvement with the Nine Network and The Block. We are continuing to work through that backlog while increasing production capacity.
Order priority
Every Auric customer keeps their place in the queue based on the date of purchase.
Orders are allocated and fulfilled in purchase order. Customers placing an order today do not move ahead of customers who ordered earlier.
As production output has increased, the gap between ordering and delivery has reduced significantly.
For new orders, our current delivery expectation is:
- Australia: within approximately 14 days
- International: within approximately 21 days
These are current delivery estimates and remain subject to destination, customs requirements and carrier delays outside Auric’s control.
Every Aromasphere moves through final assembly, individual calibration, quality assurance, software provisioning and packaging before dispatch.
The latest Auric Aromasphere
Customers currently waiting for their Aromasphere will receive the latest production version of Auric hardware and software available for their fulfilment batch.
As Auric has moved through production, we have continued refining the Aromasphere, its firmware, the Auric App and the wider Scent Intelligence™ experience.
Waiting customers are not receiving an older version of the product. Your Aromasphere will be prepared using our current production specification before dispatch.

Once your order is confirmed, you receive access to My Auric, your personalised customer dashboard available through the Auric App and your web browser.
My Auric is the central place for your Auric experience and order communication.
From My Auric you can:
- follow your Aromasphere through production, calibration, Production Lock, dispatch and delivery
- see the latest estimated production and shipping information for your order
- explore Auric oils, moods and scent rituals
- personalise your experience before your Aromasphere arrives
- prepare and save rituals so your Aromasphere can be ready to use the way you want once it is connected to the Auric network
- learn how Auric Oils and refills are managed
- access onboarding videos, product guidance and updates
- discover new Auric App and Scent Intelligence™ features as they are released

Production Lock
For the first 72 hours after purchase, you may cancel your order for a full refund if you change your mind.
After this period, your order may enter Production Lock.
Production Lock means a specific Aromasphere has been allocated to your order and has entered final production preparation. This may include individual calibration, software provisioning, quality assurance, packaging and dispatch preparation.
Once your order enters Production Lock, your unit has been committed to you and change-of-mind cash refunds are no longer available.
If you request a change after Production Lock, Auric may offer, subject to availability:
- Auric store credit that can be used towards Auric Oils or future Auric products, or
- movement of your order to a later delivery date.
Your current Production Lock and fulfilment status can be viewed in My Auric.
Nothing in this change-of-mind policy limits or excludes any rights or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law, including rights relating to faulty, damaged or misdescribed products.
Auric Oil Pricing
Customers who purchase an Auric Aromasphere before 30 October 2026 receive access to fixed Auric Oil refill pricing until December 2027:
- Single Oil: A$25
- Ritual Pack: A$45, 3 oils
- Essentials Pack: A$95, 8 oils
The Auric Oil range will continue to expand, with new oils, blends and collaborations planned for 2027.

Yes, the Aromasphere comes fitted with a battery, providing 10–12 hours of operating time when unplugged. While most users keep it plugged in for continuous “set-and-forget” operation, the battery gives you the freedom to enjoy scents in different spaces without needing to stay near an outlet.
Charging is simple and convenient: the unit can be charged and powered from any USB-C supply.

Demand for the Auric Aromasphere has been strong, and orders placed from 1st of September 2026 are now being allocated to our current production run with shipping scheduled from 15th October 2026.
Once you place your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email securing your place in this delivery window, along with access to your My Auric dashboard. There, you can personalise your experience, set up your rituals, and follow your Auric Aromasphere as it moves through production and preparation for dispatch.

Each of the eight Auric oils included with the Aromasphere is individually listed in the Australian Register of Therapeutic Goods as an AUST L medicine. Approved indications vary by oil. Always read the label and follow the directions for use. - Smart Cap identification
When an Auric oil is inserted, the Aromasphere identifies the oil and calibrates the relevant slot. - Usage tracking and refills
The system tracks oil usage and supports low-level alerts, personalised recommendations and options to reorder individual or bundled oils.
If you prefer, you can convert your order into Auric store credit to use on oils, rituals, or future Auric products.
