Once you reserve your Aromasphere:
- you’ll receive confirmation that your place in the Founding South Africa release has been secured
- we’ll introduce you to the Auric experience before your device arrives
- you’ll receive updates as production and South African delivery progress
- we’ll share guidance on oils, rituals and getting the most from Aromasphere
- before fulfilment, we’ll confirm the remaining balance, delivery details and final order information
Refunds & flexibility
We want joining Auric early to feel exciting, not risky.
Your R799 reservation is fully refundable at any time before your order enters Production Lock.
Production Lock occurs when your Aromasphere has been allocated to a confirmed production and fulfilment batch and final assembly, calibration, packaging or shipment preparation has commenced.
Once your order enters Production Lock, change-of-mind refunds may no longer be available, although we may be able to offer alternatives such as moving your order to a future delivery window.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable South African consumer law.

Yes, the Aromasphere comes fitted with a battery, providing 10–12 hours of operating time when unplugged. While most users keep it plugged in for continuous “set-and-forget” operation, the battery gives you the freedom to enjoy scents in different spaces without needing to stay near an outlet.

Our current policy is to sell direct-to-customer to ensure authenticity, warranty coverage, and timely updates on features and shipping.

Demand for the Auric Aromasphere has been strong, and orders placed from 1st of September 2026 are now being allocated to our current production run with shipping scheduled from 15th October 2026.
