Alex Cutri is a seasoned robotics engineer with extensive experience in hardware startups, specialising in automation, advanced design, and manufacturing. As Co-Founder and CTO of Auric Essentials, Alex leads the development and scaling of our cutting-edge AI-driven wellness products. His deep knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and software engineering, combined with his passion for innovation, ensures that Auric’s products are not only groundbreaking but also built with precision and reliability. With a proven track record in developing complex hardware solutions, Alex is instrumental in driving Auric’s mission to deliver personalized, tech-enabled wellness experiences globally.

Andrew, also based in Sydney, brings to Auric over 17 years of executive-level experience in telecommunications, media, and technology, with an impressive background in managing a P&L of approximately A$1 billion. Trained in strategy and M&A at PwC, Andrew's commercial insights and financial stewardship are key to scaling Auric rapidly and sustainably.

Brendan Smith is the Essential Oils Chemist for Auric Essentials, where he applies his expertise to develop high-quality, therapeutic-grade essential oils. Formerly the Commercial Lead at Australian Botanical Products, Brendan leveraged his extensive knowledge in botanicals to drive product innovation and market leadership. His current role involves meticulous oil selection and blending, ensuring purity and potency to meet Auric's wellness vision.

Daniel will focus on advancing the Auric AromaSphere device and expanding into emerging regions, including China and Saudi Arabia. His extensive experience establishing businesses and leading cross-functional industrial design and engineering teams across Australia, Thailand, and China will be crucial as Auric Essentials seeks to enhance its presence on the global stage.

Deano Gladstone, a renowned figure in the realm of holistic health, is part of the Auric Essentials advisory board as a Wellness Advisor. Gladstone's extensive background in breathwork, personal training, and holistic health coaching aligns with Auric Essentials’ mission to seamlessly blend ancient aromatherapy practices with advanced AI and IoT technologies for personalised wellness experiences.

Based in San Francisco, Eric is the linchpin of Auric's product strategy, overseeing the go-to-market and positioning aspects. A veteran with over 20 years in creative marketing and partnership innovation, he formerly directed emerging platforms at Meta, where he was instrumental in driving audience adoption and revenue growth across multiple projects.

Based in Dublin, Kieran specialises in brand identity design and responsive web development. With his years of experience, he has the unique ability to translate Auric's brand vision into a digital reality that is not only visually captivating but also highly functional.

Maddy, based in Denver, brings over six years of strategic UI/UX design experience. An empathetic designer and a thought leader in digital well-being, Maddy is committed to making Auric's user interfaces not just visually appealing but also user-friendly and effective.

Mardi Barnes is a social media strategist and digital brand leader with over 15 years of experience helping purpose-driven brands grow their presence and connect authentically with audiences. As Founder of SocialXperience, she has developed social strategies for clients across tech, lifestyle, and wellness sectors — with a focus on aligning social content to deeper brand values like sustainability, wellbeing, and community impact.

At Auric, Mardi leads the company’s social media strategy and content calendar, shaping the voice of “Mood as a Service™” across our digital channels. From storytelling to campaign execution, she ensures that each touchpoint reflects the emotional and sensory experience that defines the Auric brand.

Her career spans agency and entrepreneurial experience, including senior social roles at Scoop Social, Push Creative, and Crunch Design, as well as founding Odd One Out Vegans, a purpose-led business championing conscious living.

Mardi holds a Bachelor of Arts in Media and Communications from Southern Cross University and has served as a Hootsuite Ambassador for the APAC region. She’s passionate about the intersection of creativity, wellbeing, and social connection — and is instrumental in bringing Auric’s vision to life online.

Known for her creativity, qualitative and quantitative thinking, and her extroverted personality, Melissa brings a wealth of knowledge and a passion for alternative wellness, digital health, and life sciences to Auric Essentials.

With over 20 years of global experience in customer research and insights, Sonny brings unparalleled expertise in driving impactful, insights-led strategies that shape and scale brands. At Auric, Sonny plays a pivotal role in spearheading market research and innovation initiatives, ensuring the company remains at the forefront of the wellness tech industry.

Throughout his career, Sonny has completed over 600 research projects, including groundbreaking work in emerging technologies such as ChatGPT and GenAI. His approach combines behavioural economics, customer insights, and brand strategy to influence critical business decisions and drive transformative change.

Specializing in marketing and product research, Sonny’s expertise spans industries such as online food delivery, transport, financial services, payments, and scaling research for start-ups. His commitment to actionable insights and innovation makes him an invaluable asset to Auric’s mission of redefining wellness through data-driven strategies.

At Auric, she leads brand and go-to-market strategy through our most significant launch period — including the rollout of The Block TV campaign, our Wellness Navigator program, and ambassador initiatives.

Before joining Auric, Tenielle held senior leadership roles at Uber (EMEA & ANZ), Catawiki (Europe’s leading auction platform), and Southern Cross Austereo. She is the founder of ThereThere Co., a strategic consultancy for startups and scale-ups in tech, health, and lifestyle.
